Encroachment/Location Sketches |
Legal Descriptions describe the boundaries of parcels conveyed in a deed. Typically required for Lot Line Adjustments, Parcel Mergers and road or utility easements. With a few exceptions, California law requires that they be written by licensed land surveyors. |
